I have always loved the colour blue.  It's so clean.  This is a simple city look. It's perfect for not-sure-what-to-wear days. The flats keep it relaxed but still chic, the dress is simple but striking and the bag and jacket add a classic effortless element.  I love the mix of blues, its subtle but so pretty.
