Makes one large portion
3 Springs of Mint
1 Coconut Ice Push Pop or 1 Frozen cup of Coconut Water
1 inch piece of peeled Ginger sliced
1 cup of Ice
And then blitz
- Add all the ingredients to the blender and blitz.
- Shake the jar to make sure all the juicy bits have made it to the blender blade.
- I blitz three times for 1 mixture each time.
Pour the thick smoothie into a large glass and top it off with mint leave and a straw.
