I was so excited when Häagen-Dazs invited me to go to Wimbledon and try their exclusive ice cream this week. Seriously who wouldn’t be?! I haven’t been to watch the tennis since I was in my late teens when I went to Roland Garros. As a big fan of Federer I was excited at a chance to glimpse him again, this time on the famous Centre Court. I have never been to Wimbledon before, so I didn’t really know what to expect. It was so lovely, and despite the typically ‘London’ weather it was beautiful. The lush green courts, the beautifully kept grounds and the amazing excitement of the crowd more than made up for it. So many people had dressed up in their finest summer dresses and it was wonderful to see them all getting into the spirit of things so much. Wimbledon really brings that energy out. Shini and I had a great time pottering around under my umbrella and eating as much ice cream as we could.
I’m wearing… Shirt Next, Trousers Oysho, Scarf Mirror in the Sky, Umbrella Lulu Guinness and Shoes Roger Vivier.
