Amongst the jungle leaves of Bali, denim and silk make the perfect tropical companions. I used a scarf to make a top, and had a pair of my mothers old Levis cut into a skirt.

All black outfits need some sass. My idea for a faux tuxedo; denim flares, a super tailored blazer and a hat. Iron your jeans with pleat to complete the look.

Pea, Fennel and Buratta Salad

Salads • Savoury • Vegetarian

Another wonderfully simple assembly only salad for the summer. It takes not effort just good ingredients. I love this as a started before supper or as a light lunch dish.

Place the Burrata on the serving dish.
Finely Slice the Fennel.
Scatter the Fennel, Dill tops, Cress, Peas, Pea Shoots and Sugar Snap Peas over the top of the Burrata.
Drizzle the Garlic Olive Oil over the top.
Sprinkle the Wild Garlic Flowers all over and finish with a good amount of Smoked Salt and fresh Black Pepper.
I serve the salad like this with Vinegar on the side, so that people can add it if they like.
