I love this Zimmerman dress and I have to say their customer service is fantastic. I bought this is Australia and when it was first dry cleaned something went wrong. The belt let out this strange glue that dyed the whole waist of the dress. I contacted the brand and they were so helpful, offering options and solutions. In the end I really just wanted to be able to wear the dress again, so they made me another and sent it to London. I swapped the damaged one and here we are!
