Jacques Genin is very modern, all marble and glass but this is the perfect back drop of the warmth of all the chocolates.

It has a cult like status and unlike the wonderful but crowded Laduree you won’t find teaming tourists within, everyone is Parisian which makes a nice change.

I tried a selection pack and the Pate du Fruits and it was all delicious. Next time I intend to go for tea and cake.
