Banana Peanut Butter Chocolate Smoothie
The best way to start your day. I have included a healthy and a naughty version below.

What you'll need
2 Bananas
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Ice
Chocolate Sauce to decorate
- In a blender, add the Bananas, 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter, Milk and Ice. Blitz until smooth.
- In a tall glass take your Chocolate Sauce and twirl it around your glass.
- Pour in the the Smoothie and then for an extra treat add a spoonful of Peanut Butter to spoil yourself!
Top Treat
Add a tsp of Vanilla paste for a truly delicious smoothie.
Or for a healthy version…
Use Soya Milk, 1 Tbsp whole nut Peanut Butter only and sprinkle in 1 tsp Cocoa instead of Chocolate Sauce.
