With the best bed and popovers of any hotel ever, why wouldn’t you want to stay at The Betsy? It’s understated and Miami cool, with an art deco facade and modern perks. The food at the restaurant is a delicious and eclectic mix of the tastes of Miami. I really enjoyed their Mexican influenced breakfasts in combination with their cold pressed juice. The hotel is walking distance to cool Lincoln Road and all the great little eaterys around there.  Two pools, a roof terrace and a great little gym (which pre-wedding I used daily and was empty – which I loved!). The rooms are clean and simple with a modern beach feel to them. We had a little balcony that opened onto a courtyard which was lovely in the evenings. The hotel didn’t have the ‘party’ vibe which so much of Miami has, which was perfect for me. It was much more grown up and seemed well suited for chic families too. A great place to work from, sleep in and rest.
