The world around us has changed unrecognisably in the last few months. From Covid-19, to BLM and the economic downturn - things we could never have predicted have happened and we are all trying to figure out the best way to react and move forward. Nature has been a great help to me in my more anxious moments. Walks with the baby breathe fresh air in my mind and body.
