BBQ Pulled Pork Buns with Asian Slaw
This recipe is a delicious lunch option. It can be thrown together on a busy day and will still be perfect.
What you'll need
For one sandwich you will need…
½ Cup of Pulled Pork (see recipe here)
1 tbsp of BBQ Sauce
1 tbsp of Guacamole
1 tbsp of Asian Slaw (see recipe here)
1 Brioche Bun
- Take a non-stick pan and heat over a medium to high flame. Add the cup of pulled pork and then the BBQ sauce and toss with tongs until the meat is beginning to caramelise.
- Slice the brioche bun in half and place the hot pork on the bottom, then the slaw and finally the guacamole.
- Serve on a big platter with extra slaw and sweet potato fries.
